What drives you?
Why were you created?
I know yeah? GSCE question.. hehe.
But really, what’s your drive?
What is making you pursue all your dreams and aspirations?
Why do you want to be so successful?
Perhaps to be really wealthy? Have a good family? The perfect life? Bill gates style?
Those are really good reasons. However after all those have been achieved, what next?
Despair? hopelessness?
Dude you don’t have to be miserable.
Of course you should by all means strive to be wealthy, have a good life but have you met the person that gave you your life?
Not your Mum or Dad.
Have you met your inventor? He created you and gave you a purpose to live.
See what your creator says about you
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you“ Jeremiah 1:5a
You have been and are constantly on His mind. So ask Him what His purpose for you is.
If you don’t know it, You are in big trouble because you’d end up seeing that it’s vain to live without a purpose.
A wise man wrote through the Holy Ghost
“Again, I saw that for all toil and every skillful work a man is envied by his neighbor. This also is vanity and grasping for the wind” Ecclesiastes 4:4( NKJV)
To be honest, if what you are pursuing has no eternal value,it is simply going to be vain.
Only the inventor knows the purpose of His creation.
You need to get to know this Jesus who is God and ask Him why He created you. Then begin to walk according to His plan for your life.
Let the Lord and His purpose for you DRIVE YOU!
He loves you so much and wants to meet you today.
Accept Jesus as Lord.
